Director -  Mavuaye James Orife (B.Sc.):

Mr. Orife is a graduate of the University of Ibadan (UI). He has attended various courses both locally and internationally. He served in the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in various capacities until his voluntary retirement as Group General Manager (NAPIMS) in 1990. Mr. Orife is serving on the board of various successful companies and presently the Chairman of Achilles Information Services, Chairman/CEO, Versa- Tech Nig. Ltd, Director, Schlumberger Nigeria Ltd, Director, Intels Services, Director, Prime Energy Resources, Member and Vice Chairman, Council of Mining Engineers and Geoscientists amongst other reputable organizations. Mr. Orife is happily married with children.

Managing Director/CEO – Mr. Sunny O. Adeda:

Mr. Sunny O. Adeda started his insurance career in Nicon Insurance Corporation in 1980 after graduating from the University of Lagos in 1978 with B.Sc. (Hons). He became an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) London in 1983 and a Fellow by Examination (FCII) of the Insttute in (1992). He was elected a fellow of the Nigerian Insurance Institute in (1994). Mr. Adeda joined Nicon insurance as a graduate trainee and rose through the ranks to the position of Deputy General Manager in 1998 and was appointed as executive director (technical) in October 1999. He held this position until he voluntarily withdrew his service from Nicon in July 2006. Mr Sunny Adeda was the 43rd President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) from 2009 - 2011.
